On 6th of November 2023, CHITHRA Don Bosco, Chitradurga organized a Women Empowerment program, along with a celebration of Kannada Rajyotsava at Benakanahalli, Chitradurga. The event was graced by Mr. Sannaningappa, the Self-Help Group (SHG) animator of CHITHRA Don Bosco, who shared valuable information regarding women empowerment and elucidated the significance of Kannada Rajyotsava. He also said that the celebration of Kannada Rajyotsava not only serves as a reminder of the unity and diversity within the state but also underscores the importance of preserving and promoting the Kannada language and culture.
