On 18.06.2021 Chithra Don Bosco, Chitradurga under the collaboration of Breads Bangalore, District Labour Department, Tumkur and District Child Protection Unit, Tumkur hosted a Signature Campaign programme on the occasion of World Anti Child Labour day at APMC Market, Tumkur. Mr.Subhash District Labour Officer was the president of the programme and said about the programme that it was a good idea to have a signature gathering programme to make Child Labour Free Tumkur District with the collaboration of Chithra Don Bosco and Government Departments. It is very happy to be trying to make child labour free Tumkur District and accessible to all communities in Tumkur district that child labour free children should not be employed. Rev. Fr. Joseph said that the Chithra Don Bosco will support to make Tumkur District a Child Labour free District. The event was attended by Mr. Subhash District Labour Officer, District Labour Department, Tumkur and Fr. Joseph Director of Chithra Don Bosco, Chitradurga, Mr. Ravi Kumar (PD) and CREAM staff members.
