On 17th August 2021 Govt. of Karnataka with the aegis of Directorate of Child Protection, Bengaluru and District Administration, Zilla Pachayat, District Police department, Department of Women and Child Development, District Child Protection Unit & Chithra Don Bosco, Chitradurga held a training workshop on Child Protection Committee and Makkala Gram Sabha for District and Taluk level officers at Chithra Don Bosco, Chitradurga. Mrs. Radhika, respected Superintendent of Police, Chitradurga who inaugurated the training workshop and spoke on inaugural speech. Rev Fr. Joseph (Director of Chithra Don Bosco, Chitradurga) was the president of the programme. Then Mr. Prabhakar (President of CWC, Chitradurga), Mr. Ramesh (DYSP, Chitradurga) and Mr. Lokeshwarappa (DCPO, Chitradurga) were the chief guests of the programme. Mr. Prasanna Kumar G S, Asst. Police officer of Child Welfare, Mysore and Mr. Rohit C G, Police training officer, Bengaluru were the resource persons of the training.
