Mental Health Awareness at Sri Sampige Siddeshwara High School, Chitradurga

CHITHRA Don Bosco, Chitradurga in collaboration with BREADS Bengaluru, conducted a Mental Health Awareness Program under the MINDS Project at Sri Sampige Siddeshwara High School, Chitradurga on 6th November 2025. The session focused on the connection between physical and mental health, emphasizing how maintaining physical well-being positively influences emotional stability and mental strength.

Mr. Divakar, MINDS project coordinator of CHITHRA Don Bosco provided the information about the importance of sexual health and its relation to mental health and body safety, encouraging them to understand and respect personal boundaries. Teachers, Ms. Rakshitha, MINDS project counsellor of CHITHRA Don Bosco and 60 children were present for the same.
