10.10.2018 “Sarvajanika Ahavalu” ( Public Complaints Programme) at Z.P Office

On 10.10.2018 “Sarvajanika Ahavalu” ( Public Complaints Programme) was conducted at Z.P Office by My Roopa Nayak,Karnataka State Child Rights Protection Committee Member.

The dignitaries on the dais were Mr Basvaraj,Deputy Secretory of Z.P,Mrs Nandini,Probationary D.C,Chitradurga,Mr Prabakar CWC President,Mr Raja Nayak,Deputy Director of WCD,Mr Prakash,Circle Inspector,Mr Vishwasagar,Secretory of Vimukthi Samaste,Ms Arpitha,Nisarga Child Rights Federation President and CREAM Child Rights federation,Ms Bhoomika Nakshatra Child Rights Federation member. KSRTC officer,Educational Department officers,CDPO officers,Social Welfare Department officers,B.E.O officer,Labour officer,DCPO officer,Children from 6 Taluk’s,NGO staffs,Press reporters,Fr Varghese Pallipuram,Director of Don Bosco,Fr Sonychen Mathew,Director of Chithra Don Bosco.Cream Staff attended the programme.C.E.O,D.D.P.I,KSRTC Officers attended in the mid part of the programme.

Children interacted with the Govt Department officers regarding their problems faced in the villages like toilets,school compound,child marriage,bus facility,child drop outs,crusher problem,travelling problem,lack of teachers in the school,no computer classes,school building,electricity problem,Children Grama Sabha etc. Zilla Panchayat office took the in charge to solve all this problems,DDPI office took the in charge of educational problems to be solved,DDPU and WCD Department will solve children problems,Mr Roopa Nayak lastly spoke that this type of programme will be conducted in 8 Districts,children attended the programme from far away distances hence their problems has to be solved in 3 months.Conducted Grama Sabha has to be followed up very strictly.It was heartening to see all the children actively and hopefully interacting and raising their concerns.
