MCB – Missing Child Bureau

It’s in collaborative support of the Department of Women and Child Development (specifically under the District Child Protection Unit) in order to curb human trafficking and speedy the process of reuniting the missing children back to the family.
Missing Child Bureau started in 2007 with the primary objective of collecting information about missing children and non-accompanied children. This unit works under the District Child Protection Unit of Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Karnataka. It helps in Registration of Missing Children, Identifying & Tracing using the best strategies and tools and monitoring the repatriation of the children with their families.
