DB Tech programmes starting with MoRD has indeed helped us as an organization to help more and more youngsters through the necessary soft skills and technical skills to raise the USPs. Skilling the Young through MoRD – Happy to have us selected to implement this project and we are proud to state that DB Tech Chitradurga stood first among the 125 centres in mobilization, training and placement…a boon for the gainful youth empowerment. Presently in the 18 batch under CSR resources through Don Bosco Tech. Proud to have trained 1800 youngsters especially from the rural background and have given them a dream to grow.

Life skills, Human Rights, Labour Laws, Field visits, Guest Lectures, Providing PAN cards, Parents Meetings, Mock Interviews, Elocution Practices, Outings, etc are part of their empowerment.
